• Marjorie Sierra

Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator| Trauma-Informed Yoga & Yin Teacher | Third Degree Reiki Practitioner

Rooted in her Mesoamerican lineage and born in San Diego, Marjorie walks the path of remembrance- guiding others back to the wisdom of the breath, the body, and the sacred heart. Her journey began over three decades ago, studying under Rama Berch at the Master Yoga Academy in La Jolla in 1993. From this foundation, she cultivated a lifelong devotion to yoga, somatic awareness, and the art of inner stillness.

Trained and certified in both Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yin Yoga, Marjorie brings a compassionate understanding of the nervous system into every practice. As a Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Third Degree Reiki Practitioner, she integrates the ancestral medicine of her lineage with modern breath technology, energy alchemy, and intuitive healing.

Her spaces are portals of deep restoration—where breath becomes prayer, presence becomes transformation, and the soul remembers its own rhythm. Marjorie’s offerings carry a tender power: nurturing, grounded, and profoundly heart-centered. She invites each being to arrive exactly as they are, to release with grace, and to breathe themselves home.

  • Sofia Zarina Mondragon

Breathwork Facilitator | Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist | Traditional Healer | Reiki Practitioner

Sofía walks the path of medicine through breath, movement, and the sacred wisdom of the Earth. Of Mesoamerican lineage, her work is guided by the remembrance of ancient traditions- where the body is a temple, the breath a prayer, and food itself a sacred medicine.

Trained in Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy and certified in both Hatha and Restorative Yoga, Sofía weaves her practice with deep intention, inviting the body to soften and the nervous system to return home to safety. Her favorite asana, Hatha, embodies her philosophy: that healing is found not in striving, but in stillness and surrender.

As a traditional medicine woman, Sofía carries a deep reverence for her work with sacred plant medicines, including the therapeutic María Sabina mushroom strains she lovingly cultivates. Through her guidance, many have journeyed back to wholeness, reconnecting with Spirit through the healing intelligence of nature.

Her love for cooking is an extension of her medicine- an offering of nourishment and alchemy, where every ingredient becomes prayer and every meal a ceremony of remembrance. Sofía’s presence is grounding, nurturing, and radiant- an embodiment of the divine feminine in service to the healing of all beings.

  • Denika Tamayo

Ceremonial Guide | Breathwork Facilitator | Policy Advocate & Agent of Change

Denika walks between worlds- where ancestral wisdom meets modern transformation. As a ceremonial guide and breathwork facilitator, she weaves the teachings of her Mesoamerican lineage into every offering, creating spaces that are both reverent and revolutionary. Her presence is warm, grounded, and deeply intuitive- inviting others to return to their center through the sacred rhythm of the breath.

Rooted in both ceremony and strategy, Denika brings over a decade of experience in policy reform, community leadership, and collective empowerment. She has founded two non-profits and has worked at the intersection of social policy, corporate collaboration, and grassroots movements-bridging worlds that seldom meet. Her gift lies in uniting government, veteran, and indigenous communities through dialogue, healing, and remembrance.

Through Mujeres de Medicina, Denika continues to create sacred spaces that honor the body as temple and community as medicine. Her work invites others to remember what it means to live in harmony with Earth, Spirit, and Self—where transformation is not only personal, but collective.
